We recommend a light vacuuming of high-traffic areas, although it is not required. If needed, our professional staff can pre-vacuum the area to be cleaned. Don’t worry—entrust your home to us, and we will save you time.

We charge per room, and our pricing is fixed as long as the room size is within the UK standard of 17.09 square metres. For rooms larger than this, we will provide a quote prior to cleaning. For your peace of mind, you can send us pictures of the area, or we can arrange a visit. Please note that a call-out charge will apply, but this will be credited back in the final bill.

On average, it will take approximately 30 to 40 minutes per room. This duration can vary significantly based on the amount of furniture to be moved, the level of soiling in the carpet, and any required spot removal treatments.
